Ammonia recovery technology by membrane method-Ammonia nitrogen separation membrane
(一).The technology of ammonia recovery by membrane method:Ammonia nitrogen in water exists in the form of dissociation equilibrium,when promoting the PH value of waste water, nitrogen and nitrogen in wastewater are decomposed into gaseous ammonia until equilibrium.At the same time, wastewater enter into ammonia separation membrane,Gaseous ammonia will be through the hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane pores to react with the absorption liquid outside of the membrane,then a decomposition of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater until gaseous ammonia balance.The principle of A.L.LE Chatelier:In nature, all the balance is relative and temporary,if change a condition in the equilibrium system,the balance will move.


Ammonia nitrogen separation process

Using the way of dilute acid in adsorption, can make the ammonia nitrogen removal rate above 98%,if using this method need improve the PH valu e of wastewater as much as possible.(Adding alkali in the operation , alkaline quantity is proportional to the ammonia nitrogen removal rate in wastewater)
Allows to use the dilute sulfuric acid, concentration of about 15%,dilute acid as a circulating reflux, until saturation and then discharge or recycling,According to the experience ,containing ammonia nitrogen concentration of 8 ~ 10 g/L in waste water, dilute acid and ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment ratio is about 1:15,(Processing 15 tons of ammonia nitrogen ,concentration 8~9g/L wastewater need 1 tons of 15% dilute acid)
