A total of 120 pcs of KJ-ESUF9050 ultrafiltration membrane elements are used. The ammonia nitrogen separation membrane adopts two stage series treatment, and a total of 768 pcs of KJ-SH7X28ND ammonia nitrogen separation membrane modules are used.The specific process is as follows:High ammonia nitrogen wastewater containing heavy metals→PH value adjustment→Sedimentation tank→Mechanical filter→50μm bag filter→middle water tank→Ultrafiltration system→middle water tank→First stage ammonia nitrogen separation membrane system→Second stage ammonia nitrogen separation membrane system→PH regulation→Up to standard discharge.Ammonia nitrogen separation membrane is absorbed by dilute sulfuric acid to form ammonium sulfate solution, and solid ammonium sulfate is recovered after evaporation.
