The project has been put into operation in August 2021, with a total treatment capacity of 5500 tons / day, and the effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration is less than 25ppm.The project is generally contracted by the engineering company, and our company provides ultrafiltration and ammonia nitrogen separation membrane elements,the ultrafiltration system is divided into two sets, with a single treatment capacity of 115T/H. A total of 120 pcs of KJ-ESUF9050 ultrafiltration membrane elements are used. The ammonia nitrogen separation membrane adopts two stage series treatment, and a total of 768 pcs of KJ-SH7X28ND ammonia nitrogen separation membrane modules are used.The specific process is as follows:High ammonia nitrogen wastewater containing heavy metals→PH value adjustment→Sedimentation tank→Mechanical filter→50μm bag filter→middle water tank→Ultrafiltration system→middle water tank→First stage ammonia nitrogen separation membrane system→Second stage ammonia nitrogen separation membrane system→PH regulation→Up to standard discharge.Ammonia nitrogen separation membrane is absorbed by dilute sulfuric acid to form ammonium sulfate solution, and solid ammonium sulfate is recovered after evaporation.
