In the second half of 2006,a marine equipment factory came to our company for engine-room oil-water separation UF membrane,according to him said that they used the oil-water separation membrane was not up to the standard of the international maritime organization,if they want to regain the production license of engine-room oil-water separation equipment,must be through the international maritime organization rules of 9 hours of oil-water separation membrane destructive experiments.
So far, our company has become the nine large marine machinery factories designated suppliers in domestic.
The conditions and standards of destructive experiments.
1.The concentration of oil in Wastewater:3500~4000PPM(mazout,boiled oil,SDBS,all kinds of detergent, etc);
2.Filter type:All filtration(Only allowed to discharge standard liquid ,or not the wastewater);
3.Filter time:More than 9 hours;
4.The concentration of oil in permeate:Less than 1PPM(Generally,about 0.5PPM)
The company tested on the UF membrane of more than 30 companies, concentration of oil in permeate can be up to standard,but filter time is about 2~4 hours,the longest is only 7~8 hours.
In October, 2006, our company provided two X80 modified elastic oil-water separation membrane,the type is KJ-ESUF5040-X80,and through the experiment successfully.The experimental results are as follows:
1.The concentration of permeate:0.5~1PPM
2.Filter time:25 hours(The lifetime is about 2 years)
3.Filter type:All filtration(Only allowed to discharge standard liquid ,or not the wastewater);
